Regina is an experienced residential mortgage lending professional with years of experience, both in-house and as outside counsel to national mortgage lenders and financial institutions. She regularly counsels clients on a full range of residential mortgage lending issues, including state and federal regulatory compliance, loan documentation, private wealth, wholesale and correspondent origination channels, loan and loan servicing rights purchases and sales, and claims management. She has deep experience with Truth in Lending Act requirements for residential mortgage loan origination.
